The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on warehouse experience to oversee daily operations, ensure productivity, maintain inventory accuracy, and promote a safe and organized work environment. This role requires someone who can lead by example, support warehouse staff, and help ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time. Responsibilities Supervise and support daily warehouse operations. Lead, train, and coach warehouse associates while promoting a positive team environment. Coordinate receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming shipments. Verify and process deliveries using purchase orders and stock transfers. Ensure all customer orders, including special orders, are accurately picked, inspected, and shipped. Process customer orders and assist with customer inquiries regarding shipments and backorders. Coordinate shipments to and from the overstock warehouse. Assign work including special orders, put-aways, inventory movements, and cycle counts. Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories. Ensure backordered products are assembled and available for customers. Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness. Perform and monitor daily inspections and preventative maintenance of warehouse equipment, including order pickers and forklifts. Enforce warehouse safety procedures and OSHA standards. Prepare reports and communicate operational updates to management. Assist with continuous process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Warehouse Lead, Warehouse Supervisor, or Team Lead experience . Experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with Shipping & Receiving and inventory control. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and AS400 preferred. Experience using ERP systems is a plus. Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks preferred. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and warehouse best practices. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Experience with e-commerce fulfillment or 3PL operations is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Why Join Our Team?
