You will interact with carriers, internal logistics and contract administration teams to confirm deliveries and audit export shipments. This role is onsite and follows a Monday-Friday, first-shift schedule. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Verify and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments Create shipping documentation including packing lists, bills of lading, and address labels for outbound shipments Coordinate outbound freight with carriers and audit export shipments Confirm delivery completion in the business system Secure and organize inventory for authorized access Communicate with other functions regarding traffic, logistics coordination, and contract administration Follow all safety policies and procedures and meet production schedules Assume accountability for the efficiency and quality of assigned duties Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role High school diploma or equivalent preferred Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field 1-2 years of relevant shipping & receiving experience Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes and ability to coordinate team activities Strong attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Pay Range $17.98 - $22.48/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
