9 Torrance, CA Job Details 1 hour ago Qualifications Team leadership Warehouse management experience English High school diploma or GED Driver's License Managing teams as a warehouse supervisor General management Full Job Description Main accountabilities include: Manage inventory and warehouse procedures. Keep the necessary documents organized and up to date in a timely manner. Overseeing daily operations of warehouse including receiving, distribution, and operations. Maintain warehouse in compliance with the company's policy and vision. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security. Weighing cargo, recording the weight and dims accurately in the My AMI system. Print arrival notices. CCSF Certified, screening cargo, and following all TSA regulations. Train staff on the CCSF procedures and certification process. Making sure all supplies for the warehouse are on hand. Knowledge of air freight industry Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Certified forklift operator. Able to lift 50 lbs+. Making sure all cargo is checked in and staged. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to speak, read, and write in English proficiently. At least 3 years of management experience in a cargo warehouse. Knowledgeable experience with CCSF equipment. Valid driver's license with good driving record. Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays. Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
