Responsibilities ： 1.

System Feedback & Support:

Gather and report on issues related to business systems. Work closely with IT and other support teams to resolve system-related challenges. 2.

Warehouse Personnel Management:

Define and monitor the responsibilities of warehouse staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and adherence to standards. Implement strategies to optimise staff performance and identify areas for improvement. 3.

Onsite Issue Management:

Promptly respond to onsite requests, such as order pickups. Maintain warehouse order and address any safety concerns. Proactively identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks to streamline warehouse operations. 4.

Workflow Optimisation:

Continuously assess and improve site layout and workflow design for maximum efficiency and reduced operational delays. Coordinate with other business departments to ensure alignment and smooth operation across teams. 5.

Business Process Improvement:

Analyse, design, and refine operational processes for optimal efficiency, safety, and performance. Collect feedback on urgent issues and initiate improvements based on insights to enhance warehouse processes continuously. Requirements ： Mandarin proficiency is required. Experience with package sorting and order fulfilment. Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock. Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping and receiving role is preferred. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a significant advantage. Strong mechanical knowledge to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely management. Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Pay:

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
