Job Description
Warehouse Supervisor / Order SelectorWe are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor / Order Selector to lead daily floor operations while also selecting and preparing customer orders. This hands-on role combines team leadership with direct order fulfillment.
ResponsibilitiesSelect, pick, and stage orders accurately and on time, meeting productivity and quality standardsSupervise warehouse associates, assign work, and cover the floor as neededReceive, put away, and organize inventory; maintain clean, safe, and labeled storage areasVerify shipments, complete paperwork, and resolve order discrepanciesTrain team members on picking procedures, equipment use, and safety rulesTrack inventory accuracy and report shortages, damages, or process issuesOperate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift if certified) as required
