Shift Schedule:

Day shift, with the working schedule of Monday- Friday from 6:00 am - 3:00 pm; weekends may be required based on business needs. Job Purpose and Overview The Warehouse Supervisor at Dawn Foods is responsible for overseeing order selection pulling and loading responsibilities. Daily operations of the warehouse, including freight, shipping and receiving, returns and transfers. Labor requirement planning and adherence to budgeted guidelines. Review and enforcement of sanitation practices. Securing the facility at the completion of shifts. What Will You Do as a Warehouse Supervisor at Dawn Foods? Oversee selection teams shipping and loading responsibilities Enforcement and review of sanitation practices Customer billing Review the team's performance and develop plans for improvement Securing the facility at the completion of shift Making sure the delivery team has the necessary equipment and documentation Demonstrate the "Dawn Values" of Team Dawn and supports the Circle of Excellence What Does It Take to be a Warehouse Supervisor at Dawn Foods? High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required 4 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment strongly preferred (i.e. knowledge of warehouse operations; JBA system and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) helpful. Requires strong oral, written, and communication skills Must be able to handle many diversified tasks at one time and correctly prioritize conflicting, time-sensitive tasks Requires the ability to safely operate a forklift and other heavy warehouse equipment Computer skills required Experience with SAP preferred Physical Demands & Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
