Addison Group is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead on behalf of our client, a growing manufacturing company. This role is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, inventory accuracy, shipping activities, and team coordination.
Job Description:
The Warehouse Team Lead will support warehouse and logistics functions while helping drive efficiency, accuracy, and communication across departments. This is a hands-on leadership role within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee receiving, labeling, storage, and distribution of materials. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including domestic and international freight. Support inventory management through cycle counts and stock audits. Assign and prioritize daily logistics activities. Review shipping documentation and freight invoices for accuracy. Serve as the primary liaison between the logistics team and management. Lead team meetings and provide operational updates. Partner with internal teams to support project timelines and material needs. Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and workflow processes.
Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations. Prior leadership or team coordination experience preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Experience with inventory control and shipping processes. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
