This is a hybrid office-and-road role: you'll split your time between administrative coordination in the office (~40%) and physically relocating vehicles in the Denver metro area and beyond (~60%). About Us Auto Driveaway is a national leader in professional vehicle relocation, serving corporate fleets, fleet management companies, upfitters, dealerships, and OEMs with fast, safe, door-to-door driveaway service. What You'll Actually Do Drive and deliver vehicles to service points, detail shops, and customer locations (this is a big part of the job, not an afterthought) Coordinate with drivers and operations leadership on dispatch, scheduling, and load assignments Handle administrative tasks: processing driver paperwork, loading driver funds, updating orders in our system Provide phone support, route calls, and confirm delivery points with customers Keep things organized, accurate, and moving in a fast-paced environment Jump in wherever the team needs you What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED At least 1 year in an office, administrative, or customer service role Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) Clean motor vehicle record and ability to meet company vehicle insurance eligibility requirements Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills Clear, professional communication skills (phone and written) Someone who thrives when no two days look the same Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience in logistics, fleet operations, or the automotive industry Familiarity with dispatch or transportation management systems Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid vacation and wellbeing days 401(k) program Auto Driveaway maintains a smoke-free work environment in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
