What will I do? As our Outbound Supervisor, you'll own the day-to-day performance of our outbound operation. You'll work directly under the Warehouse Manager and oversee our picking, packing, and sortation operations.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Own outbound execution: Manage order flow, priorities, labor allocation, and daily shipping cutoffs to make sure orders get out on time.
• Lead the team: Train, coach, and hold Pickers, Packers, and Outbound Leads accountable to performance and accuracy standards.
• Drive productivity: Monitor individual and team performance throughout the day and make adjustments to keep the operation on track.
• Own accuracy: Identify picking and packing errors, determine why they're happening, and correct the process or behavior causing them.
• Solve problems: When orders get stuck, systems aren't cooperating, or volume changes unexpectedly, you're the person who figures out what to do next.
• Improve the operation: Look for better ways to organize labor, improve workflows, reduce errors, and increase throughput. Hours and pay? Friday
• Monday, 4 x 10 hour shifts. 6AM
• 4PM. You will be expected to show up early to prepare the shift for the team members that arrive at 6AM for their shifts to avoid downtime. $30.00
• $35.00 per hour depending on experience. What you bring to the table:
• You're a leader. You're comfortable setting expectations, giving feedback, coaching employees, and holding people accountable.
• You think operationally. You naturally look at workload, staffing, productivity, and deadlines and figure out how to get everything across the finish line.
• You care about numbers. Productivity, accuracy, orders remaining, and cutoff performance aren't just reports
• you use them to run your shift.
• You're proactive. You identify problems before they become emergencies and come with solutions when something goes wrong.
• You're technically capable. You're comfortable learning WMS software, troubleshooting workflows, and working from an iPad or computer.
• You communicate well. You can clearly communicate expectations to warehouse employees and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• 3PL experience is required.
• 2+ years of warehouse or fulfillment leadership experience is required.
• Experience directly supervising and coaching warehouse employees is required.
• Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.
• ShipHero experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
