Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the inventory of raw materials and supplies, as well as supervising the activities in the warehouse. This includes supplying necessary items from bills of material to machines, shipping, and receiving. The Warehouse Supervisor will also model employee ownership behaviors, promote engagement of their direct reports, and focus on enhancing our customers' experience.

REQUIRED
Qualifications/Skills :
Associates degree or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and/or warehouse operations Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Lean and other contemporary tools PC Skills - Microsoft Office suite, ERP systems, eQMS Excellent interpersonal and teambuilding skills Participative leadership style Ability to obtain a DOT medical certificate Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Supervisory role Clean driving record Successfully pass your DOT physical Additional

Qualifications/Skills :
Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, or 21 CFR 820 preferred 10 Hour OSHA Certificate preferred
