Shift Patterns Monday through Saturday 11AM - 6PM Pay Rates 20.00 - 22.00 USD hourly Essential requirements for Onsite Supervisor Recent experience supervising a team of 20 or more employees, including details of when and where the experience was gained. Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including details of the type of warehouse. Experience being measured on team performance and ability to meet company standards. Desirable requirements for Onsite Supervisor Ability to operate a forklift Experience in Quality Control Previous experience in a similar role Knowledge of warehouse management systems Role for Onsite Supervisor Oversee daily warehouse floor operations and ensure staffing levels are met. Manage employee relations, including coaching, performance reviews, and training. Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as Fill Rate, Cost Per Piece, and attendance.
