Pharmaceutical Warehouse Supervisor

Seeking a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for leading and managing all warehouse and material handling operations within a GMP-regulated injectable manufacturing environment. This role ensures compliant, efficient, and accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and distribution of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods while maintaining strict regulatory and quality standards.

Salary:

Maintain audit-ready documentation and support regulatory inspections, internal audits, deviations, CAPA, and change control activities. Coordinate timely material issuance to Production and Quality Control (QC) sampling activities. Manage temperature-controlled storage areas, including cold chain materials and monitoring systems. Lead, train, and supervise warehouse personnel, including scheduling and performance management. Ensure adherence to EHS and OSHA safety standards and maintain warehouse organization using 5S principles. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Procurement teams to support planning and uninterrupted operations. Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and minimize excess or obsolete inventory. Coordinate vendor and transportation logistics, including shipment documentation when required. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations, efficiency, and space utilization. Pay:
