What You'll Do:
Lead & Train:
Supervise warehouse associates, fostering a safe and respectful work environment.
Manage Inbound:
Coordinate daily unloading, inspection, and efficient put-away of merchandise.
Ensure Accuracy:
Verify received inventory against shipping documents and resolve discrepancies.
Safety & Compliance:
Maintain strict compliance with OSHA regulations and safety policies.
Collaborate:
Partner with logistics providers and internal teams (Sales/Marketing) to streamline operations.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
2+ years in a warehouse/logistics environment with proven team leadership.
Tech-Savvy:
Experience with RF Smart scanners; NetSuite WMS knowledge is a major plus.
Physical Capability:
Ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and operate forklifts or pallet jacks.
Communication:
Exceptional organizational skills; bilingual (English/French) is preferred.
