Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a knack for leadership? A company is looking for a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Lead to join our fast-paced distribution center in Fort Lauderdale, FL. About the Role In this role, you will be on the front lines overseeing daily warehouse operations, guiding our team, ensuring 100% order accuracy, and maintaining a safe, organized, and highly efficient work environment.

What We Are Looking For Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years in a warehouse or distribution setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership or lead capacity.Skills:
Proficiency in operating forklifts, using RF scanners, and working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.Communication:

High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Supervise and guide warehouse staff, assign daily duties, and ensure the team meets daily fulfillment and receiving goals. Oversee the picking, packing, and staging of wholesale orders, ensuring 100% accuracy in shipments to clients. Unload and process incoming freight and shipments. Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits. Update inventory logs and communicate with the administrative and sales teams. Coordinate with shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, and freight lines) and ensure all shipping documents are accurate. Enforce warehouse safety protocols, maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace, and perform routine checks on warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
