Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Forklift operator and hoisting aviation shipments.
• Receives items, pre-inspects condition of parts and trace before routing to stock.
• Instructs and coordinates shipping clerk to pack and ship items.
• Coordinates with shipping companies for pick up, verification of bill of lading, shipping location, invoice, and general records.
• Ensure containers are secured for shipment.
• Coordinates with the Stockroom Manager with the Shipping and Receiving workflow priorities.
• Maintains records of incoming and outgoing pictures of components to validate proper workmanship.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to read, speak and write English.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have knowledge of excel, word and adobe.
