Front Line Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

A Front Line Manager is responsible for handling day-to-day operations of a warehouse including monitoring the productivity of team. Managers often work in a busy environment where priorities can change at a moment's notice, so an ability to multitask and delegate is essential in this role. Key job duties and responsibilities include:

BEING PROFESSIONAL & WORK ETHICAL MORALS

Responsible for verification and login of incoming orders, assign preparing and processing through the system with any updates and modifications requested to be done. Get involved in order preparation as needed due to overflow work or during the absence of team members. Assigning workloads and daily tasks to warehouse associates. Daily tracking of inventory being received by a group chat with the receiving area. Ensure incoming inventories are moved to the designated shelves and are organized, date-rotated, and stocked. Handle front delivery and receiving from vendors/drivers by checking counts and dates. Verify the accuracy of all outgoing orders before shipping. Process customer returns and ensure all returned goods are restocked on shelves, repack and recover damages and missing goods for resale. Handle training and discipline of the warehouse staff.

Candidates with previous experience:

Gas Station Merchandiser. Grocery distribution center. Wholesale Warehouse. Logistics and supply chain.
