401(k) plan Marco Island Marina is seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Dockmaster to join our team. This position is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of our marina and providing excellent service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Dockmaster in managing daily marina operations. Monitor and maintain the condition of docks, boats, and equipment. Provide excellent customer service to marina guests and boaters. Ensure safety protocols are followed on the docks and around the marina. Assist with boat dockage. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on marina facilities.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous boat experience is preferred; a Captain's license is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to dock maintenance.

Skills:

Ability to be handy and proficient in basic maintenance tasks on the docks.

Customer Service:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule:
