Packaging Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Packaging Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team within a fast-paced meat manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and packaging operations, supervising staff, ensuring product quality and accuracy, and supporting safe and efficient production and shipping processes. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has prior leadership experience within manufacturing or warehouse operations, is forklift certified, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse and packaging operations to ensure productivity and efficiency Oversee packaging lines, product handling, labeling, palletizing, and staging Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, inventory movement, and order preparation Monitor workflow, staffing, and production schedules to meet operational deadlines Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout warehouse areas Train, coach, and support warehouse and packaging employees Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies Enforce company safety procedures, GMPs, OSHA standards, and food safety requirements Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and operational reporting Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed Collaborate with Production, Shipping, Quality Assurance, and Management teams Qualifications 3-5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, packaging, manufacturing, or food production environments Bilingual in English and Spanish required Forklift certification required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience using warehouse systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Food manufacturing or meat processing experience preferred Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Comfortable working in refrigerated/cold warehouse or production environments Exposure to machinery noise, forklifts, and wet/slippery surfaces PPE and food safety compliance required at all times Why Join Us?
