We are looking for a friendly, polished, proactive, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk Sales Coordinator who enjoys working with people, communicates with confidence, and takes pride in providing excellent service every day. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong customer service and sales background who is comfortable building trust, explaining value, discussing financial options, and helping patients and families move forward with treatment. Experience in orthodontics, dentistry, or healthcare is a plus, but not required for the right candidate. Candidates with experience in jewelry sales, luxury retail, hospitality, med spas, Massage Envy, wellness centers, membership sales, beauty services, or other client-focused sales environments may be an excellent fit.
