Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and support efficient shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping products Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and timeliness Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues Ensure proper documentation for all shipments and inventory transactions Assist in scheduling staff and assigning daily tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory coordination experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, WMS experience is a plus) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Knowledge of shipping software (FedEx, UPS, etc.) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Pay:

$24.10 - $29.00 per hour
