Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations within our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in warehouse operations, team supervision, inventory control, and freight handling in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment. English is not required. Spanish or Portuguese speakers are welcome. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations Coordinate loading and unloading of air and ocean freight Oversee palletizing, shrink-wrapping, labeling, and cargo verification Ensure proper preparation of shipments for pickup and delivery Monitor inventory control, stock movement, and warehouse organization Enforce safety procedures and compliance at all times Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment Identify and resolve operational issues, damages, or discrepancies Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams Requirements Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or warehouse operations Proven ability to supervise and manage warehouse staff Knowledge of inventory control, shipping & receiving processes Ability to lift 50+ lbs when required Strong leadership, organization, and sense of urgency Forklift experience preferred Experience with warehouse or tracking systems is a plus English not required; Spanish or Portuguese preferred Compensation & Benefits Pay based on experience Stable full-time position Opportunity for growth
