Job Description

Job Summary:
Warehouse Supervisor - Container Parts Department We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations in our Container Parts Department. The ideal candidate will manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring the accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of container parts while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. This role involves supervising a team, coordinating with vendors and internal departments, and upholding safety and compliance standards. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a critical role in driving productivity, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting the department's contribution to overall company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the container parts warehouse, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure performance meets company expectations. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Implement and enforce safety procedures and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to meet customer and operational requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in a parts or manufacturing environment. SAP exp a PLUS! Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse safety standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
