Be proficient at all tasks executed by inventory staff- Managing Inventory, servicing our internal customers, and showing competence with the ERP system and an advanced skillset with Microsoft Office
- Excel, Outlook, & Word to analyze and monitor inventory.
Key Skills, Knowledge and Competencies:
1. Must be able to handle working in an industrial high-paced environment. 2. General knowledge and understanding ofISO 9001
2008 as it pertains to the job. High School degree or equivalent; 2 years' experience in Inventory/Manufacturing preferred. 3. Must be able to learn to use and navigate the ERP system. Intermediate computer skills. Strong skill set using Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel. 4. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Must be precise and accurate while working with a sense of urgency. 5. Professional, positive attitude with good communication and investigation skills. 6. Proficient English communication skills- reading, writing, and speaking
- as it relates to the job. Bilingual a plus. 7. Skilled in basic math, including but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing. 8. Ability to adapt to a changing work environment, competing demands and ability to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events. 9. Able to organize and prioritize work within mandatory time frames to meet or exceed demanded deadlines
