Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily receiving, preparation, and packaging of client inventory. The role is hands-on and requires someone who can manage warehouse operations while also working directly with inventory and the warehouse team. Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming inventory through freight, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.
  • Check incoming shipments and organize inventory within the warehouse.
  • Use company computer software to print product labels that are required to be placed on each individual unit.
  • Accurately apply labels to products.
  • Prep, package, and box inventory for shipment.
  • Ensure products are packaged correctly and ready for shipment.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse.
  • Oversee the daily workflow and make sure inventory is processed in a timely manner.
  • Work directly with warehouse employees and help assign and manage daily tasks.
  • Ensure team members are following proper warehouse procedures.
  • Communicate with management and the warehouse team regarding inventory, shipments, and daily operations.
  • Communicate with the team both in person and through Slack.
  • Identify and resolve inventory or warehouse issues as they arise.
  • Help maintain accurate inventory and ensure products are handled properly. Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of warehouse experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Experience receiving, prepping, packaging, and shipping inventory.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable using computers and warehouse software.
  • Ability to learn and follow company procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and through Slack.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and hold team members accountable.
  • Reliable, responsible, and willing to work in a hands-on warehouse environment.
Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced warehouse professional who is comfortable working hands-on while also managing a team. You should be organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to keep inventory moving efficiently from receiving through preparation, packaging, and shipment. Experience with Amazon FBA, e-commerce fulfillment, or 3PL warehouse operations is a plus.
Pay:
$18.50 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 35.0 per week
