Years Experience About Exhibit Experience:
Exhibit Experience is a full-service trade show and exhibit company based in Orlando, Florida. We design, build, and deliver custom and rental exhibits for clients across the country — from 10x10 inline booths to 50x60 island exhibits at major conventions. Our warehouse is the heartbeat of the operation, and we need a strong leader to run it. The Role We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of our Orlando warehouse operations. You'll manage a crew of 15-20+ workers (W2 and 1099), oversee exhibit inventory, coordinate shipping logistics, and make sure every project leaves the warehouse on time and built to spec. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be on the floor, not behind a desk. This is an immediate hire. We're in the middle of a busy show season with multiple projects shipping weekly. We need someone who can walk in and take control of the floor from day one. What You'll Do Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, staging, assembly, and shipping of trade show exhibits Manage and schedule a crew of 15-20+ warehouse workers, ensuring productivity and quality standards Coordinate exhibit pull lists and build packs — ensuring all components, graphics, and furniture are accounted for before shipment Oversee loading/unloading of trucks, crate building, and freight logistics for domestic and international shipments Maintain warehouse organization, safety protocols, and equipment (forklifts, saws, tools) Track inventory of BeMatrix frames, counters, flooring, lighting, furniture, and graphics across multiple projects Communicate directly with the Operations Director and Project Managers on timelines, issues, and project status Handle exhibit returns — inspect, document damage, clean, and re-inventory assets after shows Manage material handling, crate storage, and warehouse space allocation RequirementsForklift CertifiedBilingual English / SpanishTrade Show / Exhibit Experience5-10 Years Warehouse Management 5-10 years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in the trade show, exhibit, or event industry Active forklift certification — you'll be operating equipment regularly Bilingual English/Spanish — our crew communicates in both languages daily Prior experience with trade show exhibits, custom fabrication, or event logistics strongly preferred Proven ability to manage crews of 10+ people in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Familiarity with freight and shipping logistics (LTL, full truckloads, international crating) Strong organizational skills — ability to manage multiple projects shipping simultaneously Comfortable working extended hours during peak show season (this is not a 9-to-5) Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet all day Nice to Have Experience with BeMatrix, Octanorm, or other modular exhibit systems Knowledge of Basecamp or project management tools OSHA certification Experience managing both W2 employees and 1099 contractors CDL or experience coordinating with freight carriers What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to lead operations at a growing exhibit company Fast-paced, hands-on work environment — no two weeks are the same Direct access to leadership — you'll work closely with the Operations team Exposure to major trade shows and events nationwide Ready to take charge of the floor?
