Job Description
Job Summary CI Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support CI Services from our Deerfield Beach location. This role is responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, inventory management, receiving, storage tracking, delivery scheduling, and administrative support to ensure exceptional service for both internal and external customers. The Warehouse Coordinator serves as a critical link between the warehouse team, project managers, sales teams, installation teams, and clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive in identifying solutions, and demonstrates a commitment to accuracy, accountability, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and outbound shipments. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all products are properly tracked and documented. Monitor incoming deliveries and verify product quantities and condition upon receipt. Coordinate product staging for deliveries and installations. Track customer-owned inventory and warehouse storage activity. Assist with warehouse audits and inventory reconciliation processes. Ensure warehouse documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. Project & Client Support Serve as a liaison between warehouse staff, project managers, account executives, and installation teams. Communicate receipt of products and inventory status updates to project teams. Support scheduling and coordination of deliveries, transfers, and installations. Assist with storage reporting, tracking, and customer communication as needed. Coordinate disposition of returned products and inventory according to company procedures. Administrative Responsibilities Maintain warehouse records, spreadsheets, reports, and tracking systems. Process and organize receiving documentation, delivery paperwork, and related records. Assist in preparing operational reports and supporting data analysis. Support invoice and purchase order verification when required. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. Safety & Facility Support Promote and follow all company safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment. Assist with identifying operational improvements and process efficiencies. Support facility organization and inventory optimization initiatives. Education & Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, inventory control, operations coordination, or related experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Preferred Experience in commercial furniture, FF&E, installation services, logistics, or construction-related industries. Experience working with inventory management or ERP systems. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification. Skills & Competencies High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the day. Ability to operate standard office equipment and warehouse technology. Pay:
