KinderCare is seeking a Pre K Assistant Teacher for our Cambridge School at Coral Springs location. In this role, you'll support the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. Responsibilities include assisting with lesson implementation, guiding play-based learning, supervising children, and maintaining a clean, organized classroom. You'll help with daily routines, communicate with families, and uphold health and safety standards. Responsibilities Assist lead teacher with implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities for Pre-K children. Supervise children to ensure a safe, nurturing classroom and playground environment. Support social, emotional, and cognitive development through guided play and interaction. Prepare and organize classroom materials and learning centers. Assist with daily routines including meals, rest time, and transitions. Maintain clean, orderly, and health-compliant classroom spaces. Observe and report children's progress and behavior to the lead teacher. Communicate positively and professionally with families and staff. Follow all Kinder Care policies, licensing regulations, and safety procedures. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
