Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts to ensure efficient operations Delegate tasks and monitor performance to maintain productivity and quality standards Serve as the point of contact for customer concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally Open and/or close the location following established procedures and checklists Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management Train and coach new and existing team members on policies and best practices Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times

Requirements:

Prior supervisory or shift leadership experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting Reliable, punctual, and demonstrates a strong work ethic Basic math and cash-handling skills Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be located in or able to commute to St.
