$23/hour About VidaVibe Volleyball VidaVibe Volleyball is a fast-growing volleyball apparel and lifestyle brand based in the Tampa Bay area. We sell online and travel to major volleyball tournaments across the country, bringing apparel, accessories, and tournament merchandise directly to the volleyball community. We're at an exciting point in our growth and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. We're a small, hands-on team, so this isn't a position where you'll be doing the exact same thing every day. We're looking for someone who is excited about social media and content creation, but who also enjoys being part of a team and isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed. About the Role We're looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Social Media & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique role that combines social media and content creation, working volleyball tournaments, and managing the day-to-day organization of our warehouse and online fulfillment. Approximately 80% of the position will focus on social media/content creation and working tournaments, with the remaining 20% focused on warehouse management, inventory, and shipping online orders. On the social media side, you'll help create content, appear on camera, keep up with trends, and help us continue growing VidaVibe's online presence. You'll also travel to and work volleyball tournaments throughout the season. This includes helping with booth setup and breakdown, merchandise displays, sales, inventory, and creating content while at the events. On the warehouse side, you'll take ownership of keeping our St. Pete Beach warehouse organized and running smoothly. This includes inventory organization, receiving and restocking merchandise, preparing products for tournaments, and making sure online orders are packed and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., including boxes and merchandise used for tournament setup and warehouse operations. Candidates must live in the St. Pete/Tampa Bay area, be available to work from our St. Pete Beach warehouse 2-3 days per week, and be able to commit to a full 40-hour workweek. Social Media & Content Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms Be comfortable appearing on camera and representing VidaVibe Brainstorm new content ideas and turn those ideas into posts, Reels, TikToks, and videos Capture product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, and tournament content Participate in live selling and other on-camera content Keep up with social media trends and find ways to make them work for the VidaVibe brand Help grow engagement and build stronger connections with our volleyball community Maintain a consistent look, feel, and voice across our social channels Tournaments & Events - Tournament support is a required part of this position. Travel to and work volleyball tournaments as needed Help prepare merchandise and inventory before tournaments Assist with tournament booth setup and breakdown Load, unload, move, and organize merchandise, boxes, fixtures, and supplies Be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Work with customers and assist with on-site sales Keep merchandise organized and displays looking great throughout the tournament Help manage and track tournament inventory Capture social media content throughout tournament weekends Represent VidaVibe in a friendly and professional way Warehouse & Online Orders Work from our St. Pete Beach warehouse approximately 2-3 days per week Take ownership of keeping the warehouse and inventory organized Assist with receiving, tracking, and restocking merchandise Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently Prepare inventory and merchandise for upcoming tournaments Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently What We're Looking For Located in the St. Pete/Tampa Bay area Available to work a full 40-hour workweek Able to work in person at our St. Pete Beach warehouse 2-3 days per week Willing to travel and work volleyball tournaments Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable and confident on camera Interested in social media, content creation, and digital marketing Creative and willing to bring new ideas to the table Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and take initiative Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change Willing to learn and help in different areas of the business when needed A Plus, But Not Required Volleyball playing, coaching, club, or tournament experience Experience creating TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar content Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce Experience with retail, apparel, sports, or lifestyle brands Why VidaVibe?
