Job Description
Join a fast-paced, high-volume team where your leadership directly impacts daily success! We're looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor who can motivate teams, optimize operations, and keep our warehouse running at peak performance. What You'll Do Lead and develop warehouse staff to achieve high productivity and accuracy Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns Maintain strong inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts Drive process improvements and support operational strategy Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance Partner with carriers and vendors to resolve logistical issues Assist with KPIs, budgeting, and cost-saving initiatives Use ERP/WMS tools to streamline operations and provide insights What You Bring 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience 1+ year of leadership experience preferred (25+ employees) Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP, and WMS Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to step in and support hands-on warehouse tasks Bachelor's degree preferred; lean/Six Sigma a plus
