Come Join the Pepsi Team! Refreshment Services Pepsi is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Night Supervisor to join our talented team and make a difference! We are looking for a self-motivated applicant who will be responsible for assisting our Warehouse Manager with leading and directing our Warehouse Teams. This role will ensure operational efficiency by assisting the Warehoue Manager in planning, organizing, motivating, and developing the overall operation of the warehouse department. In this position you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the warehouse night shift employees as well as holding all employees accountable and responsible for their job duties. You will ensure accuracy of picked orders and loading of the trucks daily. In the event of call offs or open positions, you will need to be able to perform all duties of a warehouse picker/loader, or be able to fill in for the Warehouse Manager in case of absence. You will perform additional inventory duties. The position is in Tallahassee, Florida. This position requires someone who is highly motivated, has excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating teams. This position is ideal for an experienced candidate with two or more years of experience in warehousing, or distribution management position.
