Hourly Rate:
$21hr- $22hr
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (Full Time) 6AM-3PM The Warehouse Team Lead supports daily warehouse operations by managing the flow of materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a safe, organized work environment.Responsibilities:
Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments of products and materials. Record all receipts and accurately enter data into the company computer system. Stage materials for scheduled pick-ups and outbound shipments. Assist with lifting large units and handle material pick-up and delivery as needed. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse while maintaining inventory stock levels and requesting replenishment as needed, with detailed updates to our procurement department. Follow all safety requirements for equipment, tools, and warehouse operations. Recommend changes/improvements to work processes and operational procedures.Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent At least 1yr of Warehouse/Inventory Management Experience Prior Supervisory/Leadership Experience is Preferred Prior Experience within the Construction/Home Improvement Industry is Preferred Forklift Operation Certification is Preferred Basic Computer Skills and Microsoft Office Proficiency (i.e., Excel, Outlook) Ability to Physically Lift Up to 75lbs Strong listening and empathy skills Demonstrate interpersonal communication skills Organization skills for managing work schedules, job priorities, and stock levels- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
