As the Technical Lead for Power Distribution in each of these areas, you will oversee the successful execution of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. The Technical Lead plays a crucial role in driving project success and maintaining client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Critical functions include developing new client relationships, navigating the contract cycles of new clients, hiring and training employees on new client systems, and driving regional revenue growth. Other technical responsibilities of this position include providing consultation with clients and perspective clients to identify potential power distribution needs, performing system studies, and detailed engineering in the planning of power distribution projects.
