Ship outgoing products and pallets to job sites and vendors as needed and safely operate a pallet jack to move stock. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, discounts, rebates, and partner programs across NGT's vendor base. Schedule and attend in person meetings with vendors to review new products, roadmaps, and program opportunities. Keep pricing and the product catalog current, working with vendors and internal teams so sales and field staff are quoting accurate numbers. Source products and qualified alternates from new and existing vendors to secure the best price and lead time for a given need. Keep POs updated in ConnectWise with tracking numbers, shipping costs, and internal notes. Verify vendor invoices and costs match the PO before it closes. Check warehouse stock before placing new orders and pull from existing inventory when available. Label, organize, and maintain the warehouse product list for each active project or service ticket, per NGT's product receiving process. Communicate delivery discrepancies, damaged shipments, and RMA situations to the Project Manager or ticket owner. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management. Experience with ConnectWise or a similar PSA/ERP platform preferred. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating a pallet jack. Strong vendor negotiation skills, with a track record of securing pricing, discounts, or program benefits. Highly organized and detail oriented, with accurate tracking of POs, pricing, and inventory. Self-starter capable of managing the full procurement and warehouse process independently. Proficient with Microsoft Office and general business software.
