Summary 'We are seeking a Shipping Lead to join our team in the United States. Based at our facility in Riviera Beach, this role is vital in ensuring efficient shipping operations that support our mission of delivering fresh, high-quality products. As Shipping Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating logistics and leading our shipping team to meet company standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities ' Oversee daily shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products. Manage inventory control and coordinate with warehouse teams for smooth distribution. Lead and train shipping staff to uphold safety standards and operational excellence. Optimize shipping processes through continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols. Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline transportation. Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems. Support inventory management efforts to reduce waste and improve efficiency.' Proven experience in warehouse management or shipping supervision. 2nd shift hours Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Knowledge of inventory control and logistics operations. Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as SAP. Ability to operate forklifts, scanner and handle heavy materials safely. Understanding of OSHA regulations related to warehousing. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior experience in the food manufacturing or fresh foods industry is a plus.
