JOB OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Coordinator will be well-organized and experienced in monitoring and controlling warehouse inventory by overseeing, directing, and coordinating the movement of supplies, products, into and out of the warehouse. Responsible for maintaining required inventory levels; and a clean and organized facility; verifying stock and identifying discrepancies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors the warehouse inventory and maintains the databaseIssues material to internal and external crews Operates forklift as needed.

Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed.

Track and manage inventory by completing regular cycle counts.

Receive and verify accuracy of incoming inventory.

Identify and recommend improvements to the warehouse layout.

Identify potential inventory shortages and communicate with purchasing.

Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES
Must be able to operate a forkliftMust be able to operate warehouse equipment, I.e. Pallet jack.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.

Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in software, Spreadsheets, and database applications.

Bi-lingual is a plus.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent.1•2 years experience.1•2 years of Inventory control experience.

Familiar with inventory scanner systems.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Exposed to outside weather conditions
