Set production goals and align staffing with the day's priorities
Coach associates, address performance issues, and develop talent
Use WMS and productivity reports to improve safety, quality, and output What you bring 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution operations
Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Accountability for team performance and safety
