Varies Job Summary:

Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. They supervise warehouse staff, monitor productivity, and ensure that all procedures and best practices are consistently followed.

Responsibilities:

Leading and motivating warehouse teams, providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to drive efficiency and morale Coordinating with other departments, such as customer service and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Supervising inbound and outbound freight, inventory management, and internal stock movement

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and warehouse operations effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with staff and other departments Prior experience in warehouse operations, including supervisory roles, is highly valued #HSM125
