What You'll Do The Operations Supervisor will lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our warehouse team. This role is ideal for a hand-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving results through people, process, and purpose. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, ensuring safety and compliance, and maintaining high performance standards. You'll work closely with employees, vendors, and customers to solve problems, streamline operations, and deliver exceptional service. Minimum Requirement - Must Have •Supervisory experience managing a team of at least 50 employees in a warehouse or logistics environment. Candidates without this level of leadership experience will not be considered. Your Impact Supervise warehouse operations and ensure proper material handling processes are followed Monitor employee productivity and quality of work, providing coaching and corrective action as needed Ensure FIFO inventory practices are utilized and inventory levels are maintained accurately Provide training , tools, and support to employees to ensure successful performance Maintain housekeeping standards and enforce safety and compliance protocols Plan and schedule distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, and administrative activities Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to meet goals and resolve issues Ensure accurate billing , invoicing, and documentation in compliance with company standards Assist in the disposition of obsolete materials and optimize space utilization Stay current on part changes and operating procedures within assigned areas Foster a respectful and professional work environment built on clear communication What You'll Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume warehouse environment Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic setting What's in It for You Base salary + bonus based on KPIs.
