Part-Time to Full-Time Hours (Hours vary based on business needs) Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrative Coordinator to support our Warehouse Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks. This is a hands-on position that combines office administration, payroll support, warehouse coordination, and general office upkeep. The ideal candidate is flexible, self-motivated, and able to adapt to changing business needs. Hours will vary from week to week depending on workload. Some weeks may consist of approximately three workdays, while others may require up to six days per week. Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and on time. Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain organized office records. Utilize QuickBooks for data entry, recordkeeping, and other accounting-related functions. Assist with employee onboarding paperwork and personnel files. Support the Warehouse Manager with scheduling, communication, and operational coordination. Maintain inventory records and assist with warehouse documentation. Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate professionally with employees and clients. Maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment. Perform light cleaning duties in the office and occasionally in the warehouse (non-heavy cleaning tasks). Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Occasionally travel to our Columbus, GA location as business needs require (travel is preferred but not required). Qualifications Previous administrative or office management experience required. Experience using QuickBooks is required. Payroll processing experience is required. Previous warehouse operations or warehouse administration experience is strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, professional, and able to work independently. Willingness to learn and assist wherever needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in staffing, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse environments. Willingness to occasionally travel to our Columbus, GA location. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods as needed. Ability to perform light office and warehouse cleaning duties. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
