RBC AeroComponents , a division of RBC Bearings, is a trusted contract manufacturer serving both commercial and military aerospace industries. We are known for precision, reliability, and the critical role our components play in advancing aviation and defense technologies. We're growing and we're looking for individuals eager to start a career to join our team. We provide full training from the ground up. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm. What You'll Do In this hands-on role, you'll: Assemble and identify products using various tools including but not limited to pneumatic assembly tools Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards Package product for stock and customer shipments Verify and distribute receiving products and materials Backup driver for picking up and/or delivery of products Following safety protocols and contributing to a clean, organized workspace
Requirements:
Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time Able to lift up to 50lbs to pack boxes for shipment and stock Understand basic math
Dexterity:
must be able to work with hands to complete various assembly tasks and handle parts Valid drivers license and able to become DOT certified Why Join RBC AeroComponents?
