We are seeking highly-motivated, success-driven, individuals to join our team as Warehouse Lead. A Warehouse Lead is responsible for all aspects of warehouse functions, including the receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparation of product for customer deliveries, while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion. A brief list of duties includes, but is not limited to, the following: Organize stock in a manner that optimizes inventory accountability while facilitating easy access for order fulfillment. Receive material coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses accurately and promptly. Verify the quantity and description of materials received by checking merchandise against the packing slip. Examine incoming shipments, and reject damaged items. Appropriately report/record any discrepancies. Accurately place materials on shelves, in racks, or other designated storage areas in an orderly manner. Assemble and fill orders to be shipped to customers. Review all orders to determine if they were picked correctly. Ensure warehouse/equipment is maintained on a regular basis. Safely operate all necessary equipment in the work area. Accurately identify and count stock materials as listed on the inventory list. Load and unload truck for deliveries.
