The ideal candidate will have hands-on warehouse experience, strong people-management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations and warehouse employees Assign daily tasks and monitor employee productivity and attendance Coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, inventory, and outbound shipping Train and support warehouse associates on SOPs, safety, and operational procedures Monitor order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and workflow efficiency Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment Assist with employee scheduling and workforce planning Communicate effectively with warehouse employees and management in both English and Spanish Identify operational issues and work with management to implement solutions Support the Warehouse Manager with other operational responsibilities as needed Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse experience Previous experience as a Warehouse Lead, Team Lead, or Supervisor preferred Familiar with receiving, shipping, inventory control, picking, packing, and order fulfillment Previous 3PL, fulfillment, or e-commerce warehouse experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable managing frontline warehouse employees Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities Basic WMS knowledge preferred Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k)
