Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Warehouse Production Line Leader who is fluent in Spanish to join our fast-paced distribution center team. Duties Lead and supervise warehouse production line activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Coordinate shipping and receiving operations, including materials handling, forklift operation, and inventory management systems. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Manage inventory control through regular cycle counts, inventory audits, and accurate data entry into warehouse management systems. Utilize RF scanners and other material handling equipment to facilitate accurate picking, packing, and shipping tasks. Communicate effectively with team members and management using managerial communication skills to resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and warehouse safety regulations at all times. Experience Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution center management with a focus on process improvement. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams within a warehouse environment, including team leadership and supervision experience. Hands-on experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity with logistics, shipping & receiving procedures, heavy lifting techniques, and OSHA safety standards. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Prior experience in implementing lean management practices or continuous improvement initiatives within a warehouse setting is highly desirable.
