Fluency in Spanish & English is required for consideration Shifts offered: Fri-Mon 6:30am-5pm What you'll do: Partner with client managers to ensure our associates are successful and business needs are met Coordinate and manage Orientation and day one check ins. Lead the warehouse floor to ensure people are in the right place, at the right time, doing the right things. Motivate the team to achieve their daily productivity and quality goals. Set the pace for all Integrity associates and team members at your location. Are energized by creating a customer experience that exceeds expectations and drives loyalty. Issue disciplinary action, when needed, up to and including termination. (Client feedback, request) Partner with our HR and Safety teams to ensure our associates work in a safe work environment. Create, investigate document and follow up on safety cases Process daily payroll Recruiting experience preferred Must be willing and able to complete all job functions within established deadlines (as established by your Manager) on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. Working onsite at client's warehouse Good customer service experience

On-Site:

Will handle onsite issues and concerns: Pay issues (process and get client approval) Missed timeclock punches (report and document) Safety issues (Document, investigate) Client meetings via in person or virtual Attendance follow up (Document, follow up and Corrective actions)

Basic Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish (reading/writing/speaking) is required High school diploma or GED 2+ years supervisory experience in warehouse or retail environment Experience working with large teams, training expeirence preferred Ability to communicate effectively and confidently. Ability to use Outlook and Excel proficiently. Must be willing to work a variety of shifts including overtime and weekends Team player Ability to multitask Must pass background check and drug testing We offer weekly pay and medical benefits.
