As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM What's the Job? Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse processes Respond to customer email and phone inquiries regarding order delivery and tracking data Generate daily shipping lists using

SAP VL10A

transaction code Update shipping status reports from customers via customer portals Confirm receipt of returns and exchange (RMA) materials and respond to customer inquiries about incorrect or missing products What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in warehouse duties or related field Strong organizational and communication skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly What's in it for me?
