Calomeni Law Offices, LLLP Norcross, GA Job Details Full-time $60,000 - $75,000 a year 12 hours ago Qualifications Legal advocacy Spanish Immigration law Teamwork Caseload management Criminal defense law Legal case management Bar Full Job Description Position Responsibilities Represent clients before the Immigration Court (EOIR) Appear in Georgia state and local courts on criminal matters Prepare for and conduct hearings and court appearances Develop case strategies in collaboration with the firm's legal team Communicate directly with clients regarding their cases Review and prepare motions, pleadings, and other legal filings Manage cases from preparation through resolution Requirements Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia Spanish communication skills required Strong written and oral advocacy skills Comfortable appearing in court and advocating for clients Excellent organizational and case-management abilities Professional, dependable, and able to work effectively in a boutique law-firm environment Experience in immigration law, removal defense, criminal defense, or courtroom litigation is strongly preferred.
