Your Opportunity to Make an Impact As a Coordinator, Warehouse Operations, you will support the day‑to‑day execution of warehouse and logistics activities to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely movement of goods. This role plays a key part in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting safe, organized warehouse operations. With a strong attention to detail and ability to work across systems and teams, you will help ensure high service levels for both internal and external customers. What You Will Do Logistics & Shipping Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Review Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate loading and unloading of goods and verify shipment details. Supervision & Organization Manage special shipping arrangements and track carrier performance. Identify, track, and resolve shipping errors or discrepancies.
Staff Supervision:
Directs Warehouse staff, assigns tasks, provide guidance, and ensures team members to follow efficient work practices. Process & Quality Oversee inventory tracking, storage, and organization to maintain accuracy and prevent loss. Ensure warehouse operations meet quality, safety, and company standards. Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and security. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, escalating as needed. Prepare and verify shipping-related bills and invoices. Collaborate with warehouse staff and internal teams to improve processes and efficiency. Who We're Looking For Experience & Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment. Experience coordinating transportation and working with carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, freight providers). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to build effective working relationships with vendors, customers, and internal teams. Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management systems (WMS). Strong decision-making and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; working knowledge of Word and Outlook. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. The salary range for this role is $19 to $21/hr. This range is applicable for jobs performed in the Eastern and Central Time Zones. An employee's pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, and business organizational needs.
