Receiving Supervisor - Sylvania, GA
Hire Dynamics is seeking an experienced Receiving Supervisor to lead daily receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily intake of incoming shipments and deliveries
Ensure products are received, unloaded, and processed efficiently and on schedule
Lead, train, coach, and schedule receiving team members
Assign workloads and monitor team performance
Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery paperwork
Inspect products for damage, shortages, discrepancies, and quality concerns
Ensure correct quantities, labeling, and product specifications
Resolve shipment errors and inventory discrepancies with vendors and internal departments
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient receiving area
Requirements:
Previous receiving, warehouse, or supervisory experience required
Forklift experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
