About Us SacredBound is a growing Boise-based company specializing in personalized Bibles. We customize and ship thousands of personalized Bibles each month from our Boise facility. We are looking for a reliable, highly organized Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day accuracy, organization, and availability of our Bible inventory. About the Role Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM 40 hours per week 30-minute unpaid lunch This is a hands-on warehouse role with inventory responsibility . A large portion of the day is physical and repetitive: receiving cartons, counting inventory, opening boxes, unpacking Bibles, stacking and organizing them, and restocking our engraving room. At the same time, you will be responsible for keeping inventory counts accurate in our inventory software and proactively communicating when products are running low or when inventory does not match the system . You will not be responsible for purchasing inventory, but you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and proactively alerting management when items are getting low. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments of Bibles and supplies Count and verify quantities received Enter received inventory accurately into our inventory software Open cartons, unpack Bibles, and stack them neatly by product Maintain organized and clearly identifiable inventory locations Restock Bible inventory in the engraving and production areas throughout the day Monitor inventory levels and proactively alert management when products are running low Perform regular physical inventory and cycle counts Identify and investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and the inventory system Communicate receiving issues, shortages, damages, or inventory discrepancies Move cartons and inventory throughout the warehouse Break down cardboard and packaging materials Keep inventory and warehouse areas clean and organized Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed What Success Looks Like You take ownership of our day-to-day inventory. The inventory system matches what is physically in the building, incoming shipments are processed accurately and quickly, Bibles are neatly organized, production stays stocked, and management knows about low inventory before it becomes a problem. Qualifications Highly organized and detail-oriented Dependable attendance and punctuality Comfortable taking ownership of an area without needing constant direction Comfortable balancing independent responsibility with repetitive hands-on work Able to accurately count inventory and enter information into a computer system Comfortable using basic inventory software and computers Willing to speak up when something looks wrong or inventory is getting low Comfortable performing repetitive physical work throughout the day Able to stand, walk, bend, and move inventory for extended periods Able to regularly lift cartons weighing up to 40-50 pounds Warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits $20-$22 per hour , depending on experience 8 paid holidays Health reimbursement benefit available Consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule No regular nights or weekends Why Join Us?
